Debra “Once booked the instructions about the unit was spotty and ineffective.”
We had to call prior to arrival to obtain information about address and unit number. Once we arrived in the evening we found that our assigned parking spot was occupied. We had to call prior to arrival to obtain information about address and unit number. Once we arrived in the evening we found that our assigned parking spot was occupied. The instructions given for entry were vague and innaccurate. Again, we had to call to get further instructions although they had no more information. We finally figured it our on our own by looking up the brand name of the lock, finding the operation manual and troubleshooting entry issues. Once inside we found the unit to be very new and clean. Cabinets for storage of glassware and dishes are extremely high and one has to climb on the countertop to reach a glass. Rooms are extremely small and one has to walk sideways to get to the far side of the bed with no room to open and get into luggage.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the unit clean and in great condition once inside. We are sorry to hear that the arrival experience was difficult and that the instructions did not provide the clarity needed. Having to call for basic details such as the address and unit number is not the experience we want for our guests and your comments have been passed on so this can be reviewed. We also apologise that the parking space was occupied and that the entry instructions were vague. Thank you for highlighting this as it will help us improve guidance for future arrivals. We appreciate your note regarding the high cabinetry and the limited space in the bedrooms which made accessing luggage difficult. These points have been shared with the owner for consideration. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know about your stay. We hope that despite these challenges, you were still able to enjoy your time in the area. Reputation and Resolutions Coordinators.
