Downstairs offers the fourth bedroom, second bathroom, and a versatile rumpus space that can be used as a second lounge or kids’ area. It includes a king single bed, pull-out single, and sofa bed. This level connects directly to parking for up to four cars and includes a laundry with washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy a private outdoor area off the living space with views of Roy’s Peak and Lake Wānaka, ideal for dining or relaxing. The location is a standout, with shops, cafés, restaurants, and the lake all within walking distance. Walking and biking tracks, plus ski fields in winter, are easily accessible. A practical, comfortable base for year-round Wānaka stays.
