4 couples with children and a small dog. Pool was nice and clean. Had everything you needed including a smart tv. Oven did not work but that’s ok.

Chrystal “This place was lovely for our stay of 3 days for 10 people.”
It was big and spacious - there were plenty of places for people to spread out and enjoy so we didn't feel like we were living on top of each other - the pool was very clean as was the house and facilities - the boys loved the pool table downstairs. We were hoping to book this property again but unfortunately for us it was booked out. The only suggestions I have for the owners is to leave the manual for the oven & stove top handy so anyone wanting to use it can do so more easily & the rangehood needs cleaning and fixing.

Dead bugs everywhere. Pool was dirty. It was a lovely place but not clean at all. Also lots of fleas. Got bitten at night.

Abhay “In my short stay there I ended up spending my holiday time dealing with the electrician as there was a fuse break for a few appliances including; TV, Extractor, Stove and Billiards room.”
On top of this the Dishwasher was never working so we had to hand wash all the utensils. Just to add to this misery, the dishes kept in the pantry were dirty so we had to wash them before even using them. It doesn’t stop there, the main door keypad stopped working so I had to use the key for one of the porch doors. So we were leaving the house on the other side every time and walk around it. Does this sound like a holiday?? It was stressful and super frustrating. And remember we had change the booking dates for this because the website had double booked us on New Year’s Eve. I would request at least a night’s refund but I don’t expect much happening in that regard. I will not be coming back or recommend this accommodation or Bachcare after this experience ☹️

Loved the swimming pool & pool table. Very spacious and have alot of space. Just the stove we couldn't use due to been broken, but double hot plate was provided. Other then that, everything was awesome. Thanks for having us

Frozen food had to be dumped, the plates and utensils were dirty, bed legs broken again customer not told and they were not fixed for the hireage communication was slow. I would not book with you again.

The reason we chose this one is that it has a swimming pool for kids to play in. We sent an email to Bachcare and asked about the pool condition, their response was that is owner's job, they do not care, and asked them if they can check with the owner, the answer is no, but the response email said the poor will clean and good to use when we arrive. When we arrived it has milk color water in the swimming pool, you can't see the bottom of the pool, and the superior of the property tried to clean it for us, told us can't use it until next day. The next day, we used the test stick to test the pool condition, the result is not good for swimming (pH is very high 8.4, Chlorine is 10, Total Alkalinty is low about 40, and Stabilizer nearly 0), we emailed the photo of the result to the Bachcare and asked them if they can help us solve the issue, but did not hear back. We paid such an expensive price during the holiday time, but can't enjoy it very well. The swimming pool condition finally averages before the day we leave (good and safe for the next family to use), but still no email or phone call from Bachcare. For kids' safety reasons, we only have a day to enjoy the swimming pool. We strongly suggest if you rent the property with a swimming pool, do not trust your eyes, use the test stick especially in the summer time.
