Donna “The property was great, we had a few family come and visit over the duration of our stay and they also shared the house was loverly and had everything that you need.”
I do have some to offer, it would be awesome if there was an information sheet about the personal items in the house like the WiFi password, nice temp for the heat pumps etc. But was amazing for what we needed which was a nice quiet, calm retreat after big days at tournament.

The smart TV and Netflix were great and useful to keep us entertained. The 2 heat pumps were nice and made us warm and comfy. Shower was strong. Holiday manager Diane was great to deal with and kept us well informed and welcomed. We look forward to visiting Rotorua and staying here again! Thank you.

The house is clean warm and tidy and has pretty much all you could need for your stay without the massive price tag which is making Rotorua visits more difficult. It has a good size back yard for parking off-street and for the kids to play. its a walk to the shops and a very short ride to the Mountain bike trails. It doesn't have a clothes dryer but has good heating and clothes rack if you get dirty or wet in your adventures. It doesn't have a hose for washing bikes which would be very helpful in the winter. It has a fantastic shower. It may not be five star, but it would be my first pick for budget, location and comfort, and we have stayed in very many places around this area over the years.

The Bachcare site was easy to use for the booking and the house manager was lovely and approachable. Fully recommend using Fenton House

..particularly for mountain bikers. It is warm, tidy and dry, two toilets' and an excellent shower. It manages a small family in great comfort and has a place to secure the bikes over night. We rode to the forest everyday so no loading and unloading from the car. The only negatives with the property is the two gates to access the property and very narrow and can/could damage the car if your not careful (the gate and plant mean you have to brush past the plant to get through and the concrete fence gate is made for small cars). And we could not get standard TV 1-3 on the TV. But these are small things and the property is great and highly recommended.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
