“Great location, Everything you need, but barbeque had not been cleaned, carpet needs replacing in certain areas(worn down to the underlay) and wallpaper needs replacing (coming away from the walls Towel rail in top bathroom needs replacing as broken and coming away from wall.”

We found it very cold on arrival - it would be nice to have heating on before guests arrive in the winter. Very good kitchen facilities and great for our group of 7 adults. Our overseas family loved the photos online but decor a bit tired in reality. Everything was very clean. It would be fantastic in the summer for a big group of people.

All within walking distance. Huge house with lots of space. My suggestion for improvement would be some curtains and better heating for the bedrooms in winter.

We had 5 x individual adults staying for a sisters weekend and the bedding worked out perfectly. Stunning views from the open plan upstairs. Perfect spot to have a drink and enjoy each others company. Walking distance to cafes and shops so could park the cars up and walk everywhere. So hesitation in recommending this property. Would also be perfect for 2 x families as bedding and bathroom facilities on both floors.
