    “Great property.”

    Pool is amazing and was the highlight especially with the kids, was well used on and off all day. Very quiet street with the local shops/restaurants 2mins away. Beach 2 Min walk and the ocean feels very wild down that end of Papamoa. Overall loved it. Only downside is the house is very hot even with all the doors/windows open. A couple of portable fans in the bedrooms would definitely help especially for the evenings. Apart from that, would definitely visit again :-)

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Although the property is partially fenced, the pool can be accessed from bi-fold doors from the house. Access to the pool should be restricted by closing the doors unless a responsible adult is supervising swimmers.
