Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Situated on sprawling 3/4 acre grounds with a selection of fruit trees including citrus trees, apples, plums, figs and avocados, this holiday home is grand and inviting while providing plentiful produce in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. Light-filled living space welcomes you inside, comprised of neutral tones and comfortable furnishings. The open-plan living space effortlessly flows between a spacious living area, dining area and an executive-style kitchen providing stone benchtops, a centre-island bench, a walk-in pantry and high-end appliances. A potager garden is perched by the kitchen door, providing seasonal produce and herbs to pick for your table. With an abundance of space to accommodate all guests, step through to the separate lounge which enjoys warmth from the open fireplace and entertainment via the Smart TV, while a spacious upstairs rumpus is a hidden hangout with an array of board games, books and gym equipment. Comprised of five well-appointed ground floor bedrooms, a variety of bedding configurations will comfortably sleep families and groups. The master bedroom is the perfect hideaway, boasting a king-size bed, an exclusive ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. Meanwhile, the remainder of the home is complemented by a stunning family bathroom, ensuring each guest is refreshed and rejuvenated throughout their stay. Bi-fold doors throughout provide seamless indoor-outdoor flow onto timber decking and patio space. Step out onto gorgeous covered decking where you can Alfresco dine in this charming setting. Two outdoor living spaces provide outdoor entertainment all day long, spanning from sunrise to sunset. Perfectly positioned amongst the scenery of these generous grounds, rest and relax with the luxury of an outdoor bath, while the netted trampoline will provide endless fun. You’ll appreciate the convenience of a covered carport and additional off-street parking. Situated down a quiet cul-de-sac, Homestead Haven is surrounded by other high-end homes. While this pleasant spot resembles that of the countryside, you’re just moments from an array of local amenities. Tauranga Crossing Mall is just an eight-minute drive, while central Tauranga is just 15 minutes by car. A short walk along a path to the nearby Lakes subdivision has a network of cycleways which traverse through the Kopurererua Reserve and provides offroad access to the Tauranga CBD. Venture across the bridge where the white sand beaches and iconic Mount Maunganui lookout await – within a 25-minute drive. As the property is on a private road, being mindful and respectful of the neighbours is appreciated. Guests should be aware that there is a strict noise curfew after 10pm.

Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine.
