The property

Just a short stroll from the golden sands of Flaxmill Bay, The Cove Escape is the kind of place where holidays are all about slowing down, spending time together, and making the most of the Coromandel lifestyle. This modern two-level home has been thoughtfully designed with family getaways in mind. Built just a few years ago, it offers all the comforts of a newer home while maintaining the relaxed, easy-going feel that makes a Cooks Beach holiday so special. Upstairs is the heart of the home, with a sunny open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a spacious covered deck. With adjustable louvers overhead, comfortable outdoor seating, a BBQ, and a large dining table for up to eight guests, it's the perfect spot for everything from lazy breakfasts to long summer dinners after a day at the beach. The master bedroom is also located on this level and enjoys peaceful rural views across the neighbouring countryside. Downstairs, you'll find two further bedrooms, including a queen room that opens outside and a bunk room that's ideal for the kids. A second living area gives everyone room to spread out, while the bathroom, separate toilet, and full laundry make holiday living easy. Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there's plenty of off-street parking and you're only around 150 metres from Flaxmill Bay and its popular local café. Cooks Beach village and the ferry to Whitianga are both within easy reach, whether you choose to walk or drive. Whether you're heading out for a swim, exploring the Coromandel coastline, or simply relaxing on the deck with family and friends, The Cove Escape is a comfortable and welcoming base for your next Cooks Beach getaway.

Please note: The garage is not available for guest use, and the property is not fenced.
