“Overall the house was good but there were no enough toilet paper.”
Kitchen was not quite clean. There was only one heat pump in the whole house. No oil heater nothing. We rang them the day we got there about 5-6 times but no response from the property manager.

Octavian “We loved this property, right from the location to the outstanding view from the deck.”
The property was clean and organised. The artwork around the house makes it clear they care about the experience. Just a couple of things that were overlooked. The living room has a peculiar odour, some of the couches are not vaccummed. Did not find any paper towels or dish scourers. The oven did not work. We even called the bachcare helpline and asked if the property owner could be informed but we never heard back. The deck flooring might need repair - a couple of cracked pieces and loose nails popping out. Would definitely visit again if we come back to Waiheke.

Easy to taxi around the island and walking distance to beaches. Also close to a bus stop. It would have been helpful to have a folder or a laminated info sheet just letting us know things like the wifi password/how to use the coffee machine/where spare cleaning equipment is (we found the dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid eventually) and even info such as how to get to the nearest beach (we accidentally found our way to the naturist beach). All in all a great stay!
