Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The heart of this retreat features an open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining and lounge areas flow seamlessly together. French doors open onto a spacious, all-weather covered deck with an adjustable louvre roof, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor living space. Enjoy long lunches in the shade, soak up the sunshine or gather around the wood-fired pizza oven for an evening meal. During cooler evenings, the woodburner creates a cosy haven. Palm Grove sleeps up to five guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with well-behaved four-legged guests welcome too. Bedroom one features a king bed, while bedroom two has a king bed that can be configured as two singles. Bedroom three has a king bed. One bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs and are accessed externally via steps. Bedroom heaters, a heat pump and woodburner provide comfort throughout the year, making Palm Grove a welcoming retreat for both guests and their furry companions, with well-behaved dogs welcome to enjoy the Waiheke escape too. The well-equipped kitchen combines style and functionality, with modern appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. Outside, the generous deck provides plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxing, whatever the weather. The driveway is steep and best accessed by 4WD. On-street parking is available at the top of the driveway.

“This is the ideal Waiheke place for a holiday.”
We loved the louvered roof over the back deck, meaning we could sit out there rain or shine. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to walk for a swim or a meal out. We would book again in a heartbeat.
