    “House was lovely and had everything we could’ve needed.”

    The house is just really really hot. We had to all purchase fans as it can get unbearable in the afternoons. A sail or something at the front of the house would help this a lot. :) Aside from that we had a lovely stay and the location was great!

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

With outdoor living areas both at the front and back at the house, you and the family will love being able to just lounge in the deck chairs soaking up the glorious sun. And even the outdoor shower to help cool off or rinse off the sand when you get home from the beach. This home away from home is a mere 5-minute walk to the ocean beach or 10-minutes to Anzac Bay on the Tauranga Harbour. With loads of fishing spots including Cave Bay or Shelly Beach. Plus, it's a boaties dream, with all tide ramps at Bowentown Boat Club or launch off from Anzac Bay. Try one of the local eateries or head over to nearby Waihi or Katikati for a spot of shopping, or even further afield to the city of Tauranga. There are plenty of local walks or hikes to get your exercise or head over and see the old gold mines in the Karangahake Gorge.
