    “Absolutely fabulous property for a large group.”

    Seperate bunk room and additional lounge makes it great for keeping the kids occupied. Rooms and beds comfy and had everything you would need. Needed to use fans but it was a HOT week at the beach so would have been the same elsewhere. Would definitely book again.

Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

Walking distance to the beach, the ideal holiday lifestyle and the must-have WiFi - Welcome to Surfin or Chillin. A two-storey home that will have you in ready to hit the beach and take it easy from the minute you arrive. All the essentials are on hand as well as a few homely comforts including WiFi, a TV and DVD player, a BBQ, board games and even boogie boards to take with you down to the beach. First thing each morning, enjoy your hot drink out on the balcony with a glimpse of the beach and the ocean on the horizon. Cook up a hearty breakfast, to fuel up your group or family and make a plan for the day and enjoy this great location. When you get home and are both hungry and ready to unwind, kick back on the sheltered decking around the outdoor dining area, BBQ sizzling away in the background as the sun goes down. Then come together in the comfy open-plan living area for a movie or a board game! Located right a few houses down from the reserve that leads on to the beach, you'll only have to cross one road to feel the sand between your toes! Need to cool of on those warm summer afternoons, make sure you get you and the family to the local dairy for some of the best ice-creams in town. Relaxation, sunshine, and the best of Waihi Beach - Surfin or Chillin awaits!


Parking is only allowed on the driveway immediately in front of the house. The driveway to the left of the house is a right of way to the property behind. Cars can be parked on the grass verge immediately in front of the house.
Care should be taken on both internal and external stairs as they are steep.
The bedroom adjacent to the dining area has a cased opening i.e. it does not have a door so there is limited privacy.

Tucked away about ten minutes from the township of Waihi, this nine kilometre stretch of glorious beach is home to a bustling seaside community. A hugely family friendly area, it's an ever-popular destination for the Summer holidays to kick back, relax and soak up the surf on one of New Zealand's favourite beaches. Ideally situated for exploring out to Tauranga and the Mount. All of our Waihi Beach holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.
