    “Good location close to the beach and corner grocery store.”

    It was excellent having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The proximity to the neighbours on the deck was not clear in the pictures which was awkward for sitting on the deck. No BBQ was available which was noted but a definite negative for a beach property. There was no clothes line and the clothes rack was broken on one side - not suitable for beach towels. Storage cupboard in the hall way and master bedoroom were locked whcih was challenging when there was 5 adults an child staying. The front gate ...

For the price paid there were a few drawbacks.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Sandy Shores comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, with two modern bathrooms and a washing machine completing the setup for your stay. With the beach just four minutes away, you'll love spending your days soaking up the sun and swimming in the ocean waves. Then, back at home, rinse off under the refreshing outdoor shower. The local Waihi Beach store is a quick three-minute stroll away to top up on supplies, or drive five minutes for a delicious brunch at the Flatwhite Café. The kids will absolutely love the Athenree Hot Springs a 6-minute drive away, or if you're keen on a round of golf, the Waihi Golf Club is 11 minutes away by car.
