All of the appliances are in good condition and working. The bed in the master bedroom is in need of replacement, it is not comfortable for two average sized adults but all good if just one person.

The location is perfect, the home is beautiful and you can certainly relax from the first ascend of the stairs. It was lovely to sit on the deck and look out at the ocean. 10/10

Loved the large garage with plenty of space for surf boards etc. and brilliant to shower before going upstairs into the apartment. Highly recommended.

Really clean. Awesome location right across the road from the beach and an easy 500m walk into town. Make sure you ask for key code as it wasn’t provided. Bachcare manager was lovely to deal with.

Two beautiful balconies to capture the morning and evening sun, comfy couch and great CD and DVD collections for relaxing in the evenings. The property was beautifully presented and sparking clean. Cozy blankets and heaters to keep warm in the winter nights. The only teeny tiny suggestion I would have would be that cell reception isn’t that good inside and there’s no Wifi so it made it a bit tricky at times to use internet but I guess it made us spend less time on devices! Literally across the road from the stunning beach - we spent so much time there it was beatiful. Thanks so much we can’t wait to come back.

It was perfect for what we needed and we would most certainly come back and stay again next time we're in Tauranga. The beds are comfortable and we liked the bedrooms and bathrooms being on a different level to the living area so you don't disturb those still sleeping! Also handy having the parking below and another bathroom as back up. Great communication with checking in and out and were made to feel really welcome. Loved everything about it.
