“This is a very comfy home away from home accommodation.”
Our children and dog loved the large, safe fully fenced garden to play in. This was booked last minute and backcare were extremely helpful along with the property manager getting this property ready for us.

The property was lovely and warm in the winter. Clean and tidy. We were a bit unsure about the height of the fences as our dog would possibly jump the side ones. It is secure but possibly more for a small dog. But it was great we could have our dog with us on holiday. The house has everything you need.

It is very near the Te a Wairaki stream with biking and walking paths which can take you through the beautiful Palm Bch estate waterways all the way to the Plaza Shopping area, the path continues behind Fashion island to Domain Rd where it continues all the way to Gordon Spratt reserve. This is one of many bike friendly tracks . The property has a large secure garage . It is pet friendly . My husband and I would recommend it. The gate is a bit heavy to shut ,

Was a bit surprised they only left 1 roll of toilet paper which was on the handle at time of arrival none to replenish. Oven makes a strange noise like fan is hitting something when you turn on fan bake. All in all pretty happy thanks

Excellent heating, very clean and lots of facilities available. The kids loved the trampoline. The wifi didn’t work, but not a big deal. The only improvement could be a second toilet as it sleeps 6.

The WIFI was disconnected the night before we left for goodness sake - how cheap and miserable was that!! The check in was 3 pm - one hour later than acceptable/usual practice and they cannot even keep the WIFI on until your check out time! good grief!
