Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Two harbour access paths are approximately 30 and 50 metres from the house via the public accessway. These spots are perfect for a picnic, surfcasting, or swimming. Plus, you're just minutes by car from the heart of the Mount! High-pitched ceilings create an immediate sense of openness. The kitchen includes a dining space, ensuring no one is left out of the conversation. Unwind effortlessly into holiday mode in the living area, where large windows frame breathtaking views and let in an abundance of natural light. Three bedrooms ensure a good night's rest in this family-friendly, generously sized house with a partially-fenced yard. An updated bathroom and combined full laundry with additional toilet complete the comfortable setup. Parking is hassle-free, with space for a boat and car over 7 meters. Whether you're visiting for work or a leisurely adventure, the area is filled with scenic spots, delightful cafes, and eateries, as well as fantastic walking tracks waiting to be discovered. A visit to Tauranga wouldn't be complete without experiencing the 360-degree views from the top of Mount Maunganui. “The house was AWESOME for our family.”
However. Check-in stated that it was 3pm. We arrived at 3:30pm and the cleaners were still going. We had to wait 1hr before it was done. Once they completed it the male and female were in the driveway arguing. The 1hr wait for a new born baby was not ideal and pretty poor time management. I do understand that it was considered a public holiday however don’t have the check-in time set to 3pm if we can’t check in till 4:30pm.
