Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Refreshing throughout, Maranui Beachy Retreat is waiting to host your escape to Mt Maunganui. The clever design and unique theme of coastal blue create a cool and airy atmosphere throughout. The chic decor and styled furnishings complement and add the feel of the home, you'll be able to settle in quickly, and any stress will melt away. Upstairs you have spacious living areas in an open-plan layout with views of the surrounding Papamoa Hills. The bi-fold at one end of the room and the large sliding door down the adjacent side both open out onto the spacious elevated sundeck. Imagine unwinding in summer with the must-have indoor/outdoor flow, sitting on the outdoor lounge suite with a cold drink in hand. The modern kitchen fitted with everything you might need as well as a four-person breakfast bar, ideal to fuel up the family before heading out for a day on the beach. Downstairs are all three bedrooms and walk-through study space, sleeping up to six guests in total, making this holiday home the ideal family-friendly accommodation. Make use of the outdoor games board, including croquet which will be perfect to use out on the flat lawn space. This space is also wonderful for a picnic on the grass under the sun. Maranui Beachy Retreat is an easy walk to Arataki Beach via the nearby beach access, all up only a 200m walk. If you don't feel like cooking at the end of the day, you're also a less than a two-minute walk to OBR, the local Italian restaurant. If you plan to visit Bayfair shopping centre to check out the stores, cinemas and restaurants, it's a quick, flat, 11-minute walk. In summer, the Baywave Aquatech and Leisure centre is a good spot to visit for activities also an 11-minute walk. For big events, Baypark arena is only 2.3km away or if you'd like to get in a few rounds of golf on your trip away, both local Golf courses are 1.7km away. About the location
Glorious, long white sandy beaches will greet you at our stunning collection of Mount Maunganui accommodation. Taking a stroll up Mauao, reaching 230 metres at the summit, gives you stunning 360 degree views of the beach, harbour and ocean. 'The Mount' is located at the end of Tauranga Harbour and the surf beach is one of the finest. A superb spot to relax and re-energize, that's just a 15 minute drive from Tauranga or 3 hour drive from Auckland.
