    “The house was lovely at first and accommodated our party well.”

    The house was warm and beds were comfortable. However the overall cleanliness of the facility was not up to standard and was disappointing. Crockery and glassware had to be washed before we could use them, stained tableware, mirrors and shower surfaces looked as if they had not been cleaned in months. There was no information on how to use TV and set up. A call to BachCare was made for a couple of issues however the TV issue was not resolved. Outdoor was a lovely seating area with BBQ however, ...

Outdoor was a lovely seating area with BBQ however, there were multiple broken chairs that couldn’t be used, others were over-ridden with spiderwebs, and seating area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all winter. I am more disappointed that BachCare charge such a large cleaning fee yet the accomodation cleanliness was such a low standard.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The Wi-Fi connection and laundry facilities ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. This five-bedroom accommodation over two floors sleeps up to nine people in comfort, including two tiled bathrooms. Bedding supplied is four king-split beds, and one single bed. A garage is available for parking off the shared driveway. A seven-minute walk leads to nearby Innes Common on the shores of Lake Rotoroa, with further walking around the 3.8km lakeside trail available, as is popular with locals. A 10-minute drive takes you to the heart of the city with it's many shops and eateries, or to the nearby famous Hamilton Gardens.
