Steeped in history, there’s no shortage of character and charm in Greytown - especially when it comes to the gorgeous, three bedroom holiday home that is Living Easy on East.

As soon as you lay eyes on this fully-fenced, immaculately kept beauty, you’ll feel right at home. The large windows fill the rooms with an abundance of natural light, and the exposed beams in the living spaces give Living Easy on East a real cottage feel. Kept cool in summer and toasty warm in winter thanks to the heat pump and built in wood burning fireplace, you won’t have to try very hard to reach maximum comfort here.

The three bedrooms at this Greytown holiday home are cosy with simple furnishings, giving you lots of space to unpack and get straight into holiday mode. And with well thought out bedding configurations, Living Easy on East is ideal for a range of group getaways. The bathroom features a heated towel rail, and the shower-over-tub set up gives you the option to soak in a bubble bath after a day out on the cycling trails.

While you’ll definitely feel its country cottage charm, there’s no shortage of modern amenities at Living Easy on East. The kitchen is well-equipped for your self-catered stay, and there’s even a dishwasher and washing machine for ultimate convenience. We’ve got you covered with WIFI too, making keeping in touch and posting those holiday snaps a breeze.

The real treat at this Greytown holiday home, however, is the rear covered extension, offering guests a large second living space, complete with a range of outdoor furniture, perfect for entertaining. Large sliding glass doors open this extension up to the beautifully landscaped garden, inviting you to soak up the sun, or perhaps stage a dramatic game of backyard cricket!

In Greytown you’re never far from the activities and sights that attract visitors to the area. At Living Easy on East you’re only a two minute walk to Greytown’s main street cafes and shops, and the Cobblestones Museum is just 15 minutes away on foot. The Greytown-Woodside Trail is nearby and ideal for cycling and walking, and in less than 20 minutes by car you’ll be in Martinborough where wineries, vineyards, and trendy shops and cafes await.

Whether you’re on a family holiday, a retirement retreat, or a girls weekend away, the Living’s Easy on East all year round!

This was a gorgeous space to stay in, and so close to all the wonderful cafes/restaurants and shops in Greytown. We enjoyed being able to walk to and from dinner and brunch. The welcome touches from the owner were much appreciated. Sparkly clean and perfect for our weekend away.
