Jude “We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, comfortable house.”
It was very close to the beach and a short walk to the shops - great location. The sunny evening viewing deck was a highlight for enjoying a glass of wine. I would definitely recommend to others. The only minor problem was that we couldn't get the oven to heat up above 150C, and some functions didn't seem to work at all. But a late, slow-cooked dinner was not a big issue in the wider scheme of things. Just noting so that it goes on the maintenance list.

Very clean & comfortable. Not directly beach front, however it was an easy 1 min walk down a driveway & path. Great proximity to Raumati Beach shops. We loved it & will be back!

My friends who stayed here loved it, very clean and warm. Spacious house with everything you need. If you love purple this is the place for you. Perhaps some updating to attract others may be in order. Whilst we didn't spend much time here the out door areas are great with a viewing deck over looking the beach. Handy to the village, parks etc. Thank you Rosie from one of your neighbours!!

We would happily book it again. The key lock box mechanism is in poor shape and needs to be replaced. Despite entering the correct code we struggled for half an hour to get it to open to access the key. We phoned Bachcare for assistance and they promised to get back to us. They did - 5 hours later. This is totally unacceptable.

Would highly recommend this property to others if you're looking for all amenities close to Wellington but away from the hustling bustle beautiful views and home only one thing would probably recommend is a mowed lawn as seemed to have been abit long otherwise really enjoyed this home thankyou

The inside is immaculately decorated and super clean. The showers and tub perfect, plenty of hot water and pressure.Lots of room for us to spread out and the roomy kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals.The views from the bacckyard terrace are beautiful and serene. On our next visit to New Zealand, I hope we can return to Rosie Retreat!

Enough space for 2 couples with young kids. Lovely sea views from the deck and easy access to the beach from the next door driveway. Lawn really long n needed mowing . Comfortable stay and would happily stay again
