Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, whether you're crafting a feast or a quick snack. This family-friendly home features three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. A guest toilet and the convenience of drive-on access with a carport add to the ease of your stay. The private path to the beach through grassy fields means seaside adventures are only minutes away. Explore Waikanae Olde Beach village just five minutes away, with its charming cafes and shops, or discover local gems like the Harrisons Garden Centre with a fabulous cafe. Nearby hills offer stunning walks, and on clear days, you might even catch a glimpse of Mt Taranaki or Mt Ruapehu from the house. Your serene getaway at Sunset Over Kapiti is waiting.
Please note that the deck is retained and is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.
As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
It should also be noted that the property has a separate private driveway. Please do not park on the neighbouring driveways.

Peka Peka is a small seaside town located on the Kapiti Coast of New Zealand's North Island. A popular surf spot, Peka Peka Beach is a 55 minute drive out of Wellington City, situated between Waikanae and Te Horo.

“What an amazing experience staying at 'Sunset over Kapiti'.”
