Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Perfectly set up for families—whether it’s one big crew or two families holidaying together—Mangawhai Family Fun is a warm and welcoming four-bedroom retreat in the heart of Mangawhai Heads. This family and pet-friendly home has everything you need for a relaxed, laid-back getaway. The flat, fully fenced backyard flows directly from the deck and offers loads of space for the kids to run around. There’s a trampoline, a playhouse with monkey bars, and the star of the show—a heated swimming pool (available from Labour Weekend to Easter) for hours of safe, supervised fun. Sleeping up to eight guests, the home features a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with two single bunks, and another bedroom with two single beds. There’s one full bathroom with a shower and an additional separate toilet, making it easy for groups or families to share the space. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area creates a bright and social hub, with a heat pump providing year-round comfort. When you’re not out adventuring, enjoy time together with books, board games, a Smart TV with Freeview and streaming apps, and free Wi-Fi. Outside, a corn hole set and the trampoline offer extra fun for the whole family. Just a short walk from the ever-popular MAZ (Mangawhai Activity Zone) with its skate park, bike tracks and playground, you're also less than 10 minutes’ drive from Mangawhai Heads Beach. Enjoy coastal walks, local cafés, and a visit to the world-famous Bennetts Chocolate Factory. “Our family really enjoyed our stay here!”
The location was nice and close to the town centre with parks, cafes and beaches nearby for us to enjoy. The house was stunning and catered well for our big family. The mineral pool was the best feature of the house and was clean and warm for us and our baby to use. The owner and property manager were very prompt with their responses when we did call through Bachcare about hot water, which was taken care of immediately. I would totally recommend this place! We absolutely loved it. Thank you ...
