    “Good location near the beach ,cafe, dairy/ice cream shop.”

    Plenty of parking and big section. Well equipped and catered for (although the Nespresso" compatible" pods we took didn't fit correctly, need to be more specific!) ,lack of a proper salad bowl and salad service and a fresher cleaner roasting oven dish would be a good addition. In general the the house was well presented but a few minor details were disappointing . Attention to detail for cleanliness e.g. .mouse droppings under TV set and TV unit, plastic top and dust/ rubbish in between ...

Curtains in the lounge need to be properly hooked at the ends and curtains in the kitchen could be properly repaired. Outside a little bit unkept, lawns had been roughly done but a lot of weeds , long grass and bottle metal tops in the garden beds. The utility room very handy but with a very dangerous ramp-step by the entrance. The property having two dwellings is ideal for multiple families, for us the main issue is that is child and pet friendly. Adriana, January 2025

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

With great indoor-outdoor flow, there is enough space for everyone to kick back and stretch their legs. Hang out on the sundeck around the outdoor dining table under the sun-shade, or lounge out on a bean bag with a good book. The externally accessed sleep-out is ideal for the younger members of your group, with plenty of extra space and sleeping up to 4 guests. Whip up a few tasty holiday meals in the fully equipped kitchen, where a Nespresso machine also waits to ensure you start the day off right. The all-important BBQ is also outside, ready to grill up a classic summer feast! This place certainly comes alive in summer, but a mid-winter stay is well-catered for as well. With heating options, WiFi, and a TV with Freeview, you and the family will be looked after during those indoor days or cosy nights in. Be sure to bring the boat, there's plenty of parking space here, and the boat ramp only 4kms away. You'll love being able to get out on the water and bring home your fresh catch. Being less than a three-minute walk from the beach, you can spend your days heading to and from the white sandy shore for a swim or some beach cricket. With the Kiwi sanctuary just up the road, Waipu Cove and Piroa Falls nearby, and the Hen and Chicken Islands just a day trip on the boat away, there's no shortage of breathtaking scenic spots to visit.
