Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Ota Point Paradise is homely and inviting, offering a laid back ambience with comfortable furnishings and subtle coastal touches. You’ll feel completely relaxed in the open-plan living area. Flick on the TV with Freeview, curl up with your favourite book, or challenge your group to a board game from the available selection.  Fry up a big breakfast in the light and spacious kitchen and serve it up on the breakfast bar or the large dining table, looking out at a glimpse of the boats passing by on the horizon.  Watch the day go by on the sun kissed deck, and take in the incredible scenery while you sip on your favourite drink and treat your group to a delicious BBQ meal.  We won't blame you for spending all day enjoying Ota Point Paradise, but there are some beautiful beaches to explore around Whangaroa. The stunning Tauranga Bay is a 13-minute drive away, where you can spend your day soaking up the sun and taking a plunge in the crystal-clear ocean.  Feeling like an adventurous day out? A must-do walk is the St Paul’s Rock Track, just a nine-minute drive away, which provides a spectacular view of the Whangaroa Harbour. Or with enough space to park your boat at Ota Point Paradise, you should not miss the opportunity to get out on the water and catch some fresh fish for dinner! About the location

Whangaroa is a not very well-known harbour, and is a truly unspoilt paradise. Steep bush-clad slopes come right down to the water''s edge, and there are plenty of private inlets and bays to explore, and spend the day away from reality. There are also bushwalks to be explored, and only kilometres away is some of the best game fishing in New Zealand.
