This 2-storey Akaroa holiday home includes a cosy yet comfortable lounge, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, equipped with all the essentials. Sleeping up to 6 guests (a maximum of 4 adults allowed) in 3 bedrooms ensures there is space for everyone to unwind in their own space. Two bedrooms are found upstairs both fitted with a queen bed, and the last bedroom is on the ground floor with the bathroom. A great little apartment that is close to shops and great restaurants. It is so easy to walk around and enjoy the shopping and relaxing on the beach. It was good to have the 3 bedrooms as the living area is quite small - but comfortable and cosy.

A very tidy compact apartment, centrally located with great parking.

A unit in a great location with living room and a bedroom downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Nice and clean and we were met on arrival with keys. Easy parking in the village Inn carpark. I would rate property as 3.5 Stars. Highlights are location (handy to everything, quiet end of main part of Akaroa), Cleanliness and parking. Important however to know there is no oven (microwave only) and surprisingly no washing machine or iron in the unit which was abit disappointing, but there are washing facilities (coin operated) in another building (not great if its raining). Rooms upstairs are good size. Living area downstairs is very small with a couch, chair and table squashed in with small kitchen, so would be limited to how many could stay at this property. Overall though we felt it was value for money considering the time of year and property could be improved if owners choose to do that., however limited space would present challenges. Very pleased however with location and rooms upstairs. Akaroa is a great wee town with a nice feel and an easy going style.

An older style smallish property but still clean, tidy and just a stone’s throw from the main wharf. Kind of a view of the harbour but wouldn’t call it ‘sea view’ if that’s what you’re after. Maybe a bit small for a family with children, as not so much space inside and steep stairs, but for 3 adults it was great. There is however a shared grassy area out the back with a picnic table and you are able to sit in the sun in front of the property as well as there is a little porch on the road side too. Two largish upstairs bedrooms very light and airy. Bottom bedroom smaller and darker but nice to have the greenery outside the window for privacy from the footpath. Bathroom downstairs. Within very close walking distance to shops and restaurants around the wharf area without being in a noisy spot. Would definitely stay there again but realise the area would be busier in peak season.

Very clean and tidy. While can comfortably sleep 6 the living area is quite cosy for 6. Ideally located handy to wharf and cafes. Would stay here again.

This apartment is close to the heart of Akaroa and while the the living area is small the bedrooms are airy and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area. There is parking nearby and once parked you don't need to move the car as everything is accessible on foot.
