“Highly priced for what it is .”
.. the interior has seen better days. A remarkable number of things stopped working in the space of two days - one of the toilets, the drawer handle that came off in my hand, and the bathroom door that proved very hard to get through. However, it is spacious, nice verandah, once the sun hits it, and a lot of parking. Close to town and other amenities. But have basic expectations as to what you are getting, Owen

The location is great, very close to the main centre. The beds are comfy and the house has everything you need (and more). The property had two negative points: - The internet is quite slow, it is an ADSL connection that struggled to load Youtube videos. No one was staying at the ground floor unit during our stay, but the internet connection is shared between both units so it could have been very frustrating with multiple groups trying to share the slow connection - The driveway is very steap, we didn't have any issues with it ourselves but I think it is worth mentioning for those less confident in driving or who have a bigger vehicle.

Jen “Lovely house.”
Very quiet location but only a few minutes walk into town for a coffee/drink. Well equipped kitchen. Loved sitting out on the deck listening to the birds in the trees. Was very windy for a few days we were there but hardly noticed it at the house as it is very sheltered.

The steepish driveway was fine with plenty of backing space (for small to medium cars). Great location. For our needs it was ideal, but probably best enjoyed in the summer months of wanting to do any outdoor living.

Being so close to the city centre made it easy enough to park up and walk.

Easy 5 min walk to centre of town and all the action but feels lovely and calm when at the house. Well equipped comfortable and spacious house. We used the kitchen a lot (including baking) and the only thing we ever wished for but didn't find was an electric mixer - everything else is available. The driveway is a bit tricky at first but you get used to it.

Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. A well stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery, crockery, pots etc. Comfy beds and spotless linen. The steep narrow driveway is a bit of a nightmare to navigate but you get used to it. Wouldnât like to do it in the wet weather though.

This centrally located three-bedroom holiday home with Wi-Fi sits amongst native bush. The large deck and BBQ area is the perfect place to congregate and enjoy a nice relaxed meal and drink with friends and family, And afterwards, Enjoy a short walk to the beach, wharf and heart of the Paihia township. There are a number of hidden gems in the area to explore. Experience the Hole in the Rock dolphin cruise from Paihia or Russell, visit the Waitangi Treaty grounds, paddleboard or kayak the outer islands with Bay of Islands Kayaking, or visit the Packhouse Market (on the weekend) in Kerikeri offering the best in Northland produce.
