    “Lovely house which is great for an extended family to share.”

    Fab views and great location. Had a few little maintenance issues and could’ve been cleaner when we arrived. Hadn’t been vacuumed well and had issues with front door key. Enjoyable long weekend though thanks.

This 3 level Akaroa holiday house includes well-appointed open plan living on the top floor with Wi-Fi and Sky TV. The gas fireplace is on hand for toasty winter stays and the heat pump guarantees year round comfort, while the spacious decking and easy outdoor flow provide the perfect space for relaxed summer living... Unwind indoors and admire the best views available in Akaroa from this private sanctuary, or spend time on the generous deck with a stunning backdrop! For those requiring that extra bit of space, a second living area, including kitchenette and a second heat pump, is located on the lower level - this is an excellent option for extended family groups and couples, or simply a great area for the teenagers to have their own space! Located on the top floor, bedroom 1 at this Akaroa accommodation includes an ensuite with spa bath, and is fitted with a king bed. On the middle floor, bedroom 2 has an ensuite and is fitted with a queen bed. On the lower level, bedroom 3 also has a queen bed, while bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. There is a third bathroom on the lower level to complete your holiday set up at Walnut Retreat.
