Lots of space for everyone, close to village and walking tracks. We were a bit worried about the electric heater - it seemed to trip the fuse on the multiboard, you may want to get that checked out. Other than the heater we were really pleased with this accommodation.

Neighbors behind us were very noisy and threw their liquor bottles and cans into the property. Over all the house was very comfy and suited our needs and expectations!

Lovely house and would recommend to anyone for a stay Well set out for a large group Lovely and clean Great fire that heated the house and plenty of firewood provided Only hiccup was the toaster which we had difficulty operating also sorting out the symbols on the oven which we had to Google in the end Other than that would definitely stay there again

!! :) Unfortunately, when we were there, in winter, there was very little sun that reached the house due to shading from the hill. I would suggest that a gate at the top of the entrance stairs would be a good addition for the young and the elderly. Thank you to the hosts

It was spacious, warm and very comfortable. The recliner lounge suite was well appreciated after busy days out and about. The fireplace was great. Beds were all comfy. Views were gorgeous. Nice and accessible to the village and walks up the hill. Would definitely choose this home again and recommend it if visiting Hanmer! Not for publishing but fyi… *I think it’d be helpful to let people know about the very steep access up to the garage and front door as I imagine it being pretty gnarly in winter ice, for the car but also for elderly/less agile folk *I don’t remember seeing anywhere that you supplied electric blankets but that’’d be a good selling point to have online *The cupboard above the fridge was broken *It would’ve been good to know that the insinkerator wasn’t working before we started putting food down it *You’re no doubt aware but lower bathroom floor heating wasn’t working *Noticed a few lightbulbs missing

We found the salt in the garage to de-ice the entrance too late as a couple of us slipped on the ice. Suggest a note for the use of the salt.

Absolutely stunning view ticks the boxes for all families extremely we equipped kitchen laundry and bedrooms and the built in garage was a god sent with the twins and so nice have 3 stunning decks to choose from we will be back thankyou

Plenty of dry wood in the garage and the woodburner and nightstore kept things beautifully warm overnight. Beds and duvets all excellent and comfortable. It was spotless throughout and our hosts were very solicitous and helpful. Fabulous views. A very steep but short driveway made getting into the garage qexciting.
