“Lovely well appointed house, it was warm and inviting and very comfortable with great views.”
. The fire place was amazing. We suggest the advertisement be more clear about the driveway and steep drop down to the garage . It really is only suitable for a 4 wheel drive vehicle. So we had to park up on the road. Otherwise A+

Anita “Light bulbs missing in 2 bedrooms downstairs.”
Doorstops attached to the doors broken and digging in the carpet. Outside was very poor. Both Decks dangerous, unable to let toddler outside. Boards broken, cracked and sticking up, in serious need of repair. Grass mostly weed and not mowed. Such a shame as the inside was comfortable for us all and well equipped. Gas man left a note on delivery of bottle to say gas hose was leaking (he left it safe) I informed Batch care with no reply. A heat pump for cooling would have been good as such a hot time and unable to cool rooms adequately. Please advise more clearly that drive is so steep and was unable to use as no clearance.

James “A strip along the front of the garage broke loose and we couldn't close the door.”
The neighbor had to help us fix it. The house has no air con or fans. It is too hot go sleep comfortably. A lack of kitchen items too make meals properly. 1 tea towel for example.

I was not thrilled with $150 cleaning fee given there is no linen to turn over and is requested that all rubbish/recycling removed, vacuumed and dishes done. All in all we had a good stay but due to expensive cleaning fee would be better suited for longer stays.

It suited our 2 family's perfect! Everything we needed and super warm we will stay again. Note to self for next time tho the outside steps get icey - I took a nasty slip down them but that's my own stupid fault!

However we were disappointed that the property had no air conditioning unit and it was uncomfortably hot even when we opened all the windows and doors. We were disappointed with the amount of bugs that were inside the home when we arrived. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had a nice couple of days there. The rooms were well decorated with beautiful paintings to admire

Gorgeous views, Great location! Very warm home with a fantastic woodburner in the lounge & heaters in the bedrooms. This home has very good amenities and was a great place for our family (two adults & two 10 year old children) to stay. We would definitely recommend this holiday home!

.. beds are firm but fine. Fireplace in living area, no heatpump, so takes a little longer to warm things up but it’s all part of the experience

Highlights were the fantastic views, having access to Conical Hill walking trail right next door and great woodburner to keep the house toasty warm. Property doesn't get much sun midwinter but the views make up for it and fire means it's not an issue.
