The views at this place are amazing. A stunning way to wake up every morning! However, there are some details about this place that you need to be aware of, particularly if you're bringing children or are interested in the wheelchair-accessible aspects of the property. The house is really two separate units, and there's no internal staircase or link of any kind. So if you're planning on having the kids sleep downstairs, there's no way to check on them without walking around the outside of the house, which is difficult when it's pouring with rain! The upstairs bathroom is completely inaccessible to wheelchair users and there's no handrail on the toilet downstairs. You'll also need to BYO shower chair as one is not provided. There's also no WiFi, and the only stereo provided is a tape deck, so don't forget to pack those cassette tapes! Other than that, it felt very homely and was a nice place to stay for a few nights.
Yes, this house is in a great location. We apologise that it was not clear on the listing that the property has no internal access between floors, and that only the lower level is adapted for wheelchair access. WiFi is now available. We are happy to know in other aspects you enjoyed your stay. As the upper level is not adapted for wheelchair access it is no longer advertised as being a wheelchair accesible property.
