“The TV did not work which was disappointing.”
Did not look as there was fire extinguishers in the ceiling. There was a place but it was vacant. The carpet is wrinkly and dangerous for an elder person who will trip. However the bach was well presented in terms of cleanliness. We enjoyed out stay.

Sheryl “Our family of four adults and two children had a wonderful holiday at Pa Pad Perfect for those who are looking for no frills, value for money and atmosphere over modern luxuries.”
If you’re looking for something more polished, this might not be for you, but it’s a great spot. Two bedrooms inside with bathroom as well as double bed, bathroom and extra kitchen in the converted garage. The Bach is dated, with furnishings that have seen better days, but it offers a space that is clean, comfortable and functional. It has all the basics you need for a relaxed getaway. It has a spacious deck, barbeque and outdoor furniture with plenty of room for backyard cricket. Just a short stroll to stunning Hahei Beach and close to attractions like Cathedral Cove and the shops. While the décor could do with an update (our suggestion would be to recarpet) the Bach's charm lies in its simplicity, with plenty of condiments and accessories books and games to see you through. We would be happy to return

The entire house inside and out needs a spring clean. It is very tired. Furniture and bedding uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property for a family to rent.

Leanne “The property is advertised as pet friendly and fully fenced which is true if you have a big dog, however if u have small dogs there are gaps under the fence, within 5 minutes of being at the property our 2 french bulldogs escaped and ran down the road, we had to go around and fix up the gaps.”
Also we couldn't get the TV to work ?? The deck and yard is lovely, location is great.

Also given late March dates and 5 night stay. Would not rent again if other choices available. Suggest the owner refines cleaning systems to avoid disappointing future customers.

Disappointed that the sleepout had not been cleaned, and that we had to clean dirty pots snd a dirty barbecue before we could use them.

The Pa pad is a great place to stay, it is close to the beach and shops, everything you need for a holiday - has loads of room for the dogs and all fenced, the teens had a great time staying in the ‘sleep out’ we had a wonderful break and can’t wait to come back
