Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Coastal Pearl is a modern and welcoming holiday home enjoying sea views from the central location close to the beach and village green. There's plenty of space for the whole family, with four bedrooms and two living areas. Coastal Pearl has all the mod-cons you'll need in a home away from home, including unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. Upstairs, the open plan living flows out onto the ocean-facing deck - the ideal place to enjoy your morning Nespresso before whipping up brunch in the modern kitchen. The master bedroom opens out onto the deck where you can relax on the sun loungers, book in hand. Downstairs fits another three bedrooms and second living area with dining and a kitchenette - the perfect way to solve any squabbles over movie choice! Head out the glass sliding doors onto the large grassy yard with trampoline and plenty of room to park the boat! Tucked down a private cul-de-sac, Coastal Pearl is peaceful and just a 2-minute walk to the beach via a private walkway. The shops and village green are also a short stroll away. About the location
Just a 2.5 hour drive from Auckland, Matarangi is a picturesque seaside township located between Whitianga and the Coromandel. The area enjoys a world-class golf course and numerous scenic walkways. “While this home is nice and great location the state of it is way below par.”
Health & safety issue with gas bottle hose with holes in it, BBQ doesn’t work, dinning chairs missing bolts and break when sat on, cleaning very average and it seems no long term maintenance on the property or a deep spring clean been done. Disappointing & not with the $
