Beautiful views. Comfy bedding and great towels. Lots of useful information in booklet and owners were easily contactable when we didn't know how to work hot tub. 10/10

Amanda “Panoramic view, an amazing property.”
Excellent facilities, modern and warm. Spa was great to enjoy the view from on a winterâs day/evening. Anne and David welcoming hosts who couldnât do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Weâll definitely be back Mt Paku, Tairua.

The accommodation is in an amazing location on Mt Paku, easy access to the adventurous track to the beach, and so nice to sit in the spa and enjoy the view at the end of the day. A 5 star stay! Owners were fantastic, especially when the weather turned on us at the end. Thanks!

The locals where just fantastic, friendly and amazing humans. The Ridge is such a great place to relax. Beach Care in general could take some time to look at there cancellation policy. If they cancel your booking for what ever reason you are fully entitled for a full refund.

thank you so much! photos of the view don't do it justice. Place is super modern and warm (underfloor heating) for winter stays & hot tub makes it extra special. Beds were also super comfortable. Definitely will be back. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this Bach it was stunning on the inside and out the view was just amazing watched the sunsets on both mornings I didn't realise we were right on Mt Paku I didn't want to leave and I hope I can come back again for longer

I usually expect things to be smaller than they appear in listing photos, but this was larger! Plenty of space for lounging inside and on the deck, and the spa pool is comfortably large enough for four adults. Magical view and a short walk to the beach along the cliff track or up to Mt Paku's peak. Tairua's got plenty going for it and the coast northwards is some of the best in NZ and all within an easy drive. Owners David and Anne are lovely and not intrusive at all when they are in residence upstairs. Thanks for having us!

The spaces are generous, both in the rooms and in the main living area. A neat and clean bathroom and a modern kitchen complement what you need to rest or to spend a fabulous family time with your loved ones. We had a great time in this house.

.. The Ridge Tairua, Tairua Apartment. The views were spectacular, the gardens below beautiful to walk thru and look at, and the grounds surrounding this place had been so well cared for and thought out. We so enjoyed the hot tub on the deck, was just what we were needing. This was such a beautiful spacious uncluttered home, and you even provided coffee pods for the coffee pod machine!! We loved the Fuse Ball Game in the dining room and had so much fun playing on it. Every little detail, even the beautiful hand soap in the bathroom in the dispensers made us feel very pampered and special. Can't thank you enough. We have come home feeling so spoilt, pampered and very refreshed. It exceeded all our expectations, and we would love to come back and stay here again!! Thank you so so much!!

The property has two very spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, blackout blinds (perfect for little ones in summer), ample storage space and grwat lighting. The bathroom is super modern with a big shower (amazing water pressurw) and heated towel rail. The bathroom fan can be a bit noisy, but serves its' purpose for ventilation. The entertainment area waa setup perfectly making use of the open plan lay out. The kitchen has all appliances with a standard fridge and freezer, dishwashrr, microwave and coffee machine. The hidden gem was the clothes dryer - total life saver with all the damp towels from hit tubbing! The views are breath-taking and we enjoyed taking them in while having breakfast and winding down in the hot tub in the evenings. Highly recommmend âââââ
