Dishes were not clean, and thick layer of dust behind beds and on skirting boards. Some of the curtains do not fit the windows so do not meet in the middle. It could do with some basic maintenance and a bit of upkeep. Seemed to contain all our basic needs, itâs just the cleanliness and maintenance that disappointed.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Make your morning coffee and sit out on the deck to soak up the fresh morning air or at the end of the day sit back with a wine or beer in the warm summer air.

Whangamata is a favourite holiday destination in the Coromandel. It has one of the best surf breaks in the area, as well as having safe enough swimming for families.
