The cleaning ladies arrived as we did & were there to make up the beds. They were very apologetic as they thought the last guests were doing their own cleaning but they had not. The girls did the best clean they could under the circumstances. The last guests also left all of the rubbish bins full. Overall the layout of the bach works very well for families & the pool is great. It really does need a deep clean & a lot of maintenance work is falling behind. The blinds in the main room are broken & difficult to get up & down. The shower in the family bathroom slid down the track when the water was turned on. We didnât have the right tools to fix it so the maintenance man had to come & help out. The BQ is impossible to clean as cleaning hasnât been kept up. We love whangapoua & always enjoy our time there which we still did. We appreciate being able to use the property & understand that some of the issues we had related to the last guests not cleaning up after themselves.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
