“Friends got together and had a perfect holiday.”
The accommodation is excellent, spacious, clean and comfortable. The perfect combination of indoor and outdoor, everyone can find their own space. It is worth mentioning that the kitchen is fully equipped and there is no problem in cooking for large groups. This summer is particularly hot. It would be perfect if the upstairs dining room had air conditioning. It would be even more perfect if we provided some shampoo. All in all, this is a holiday accommodation that I highly recommend.

Anne “The owners are clearly heartless.”
The house was booked with our friends coming from France to NZ for the trip of a lifetime. The week of their planned arrival my friend's father died. Owners were contacted to explain the situation (and provide death certificate) and ask for some clemency re the booking. We would have accepted anything - change of dates, any reduction, cleaning/booking fees removed. They gave NOTHING even though Bachcare went back to them twice on our behalf.. So book at your own risk or maybe find some kinder bach owners.

Vijayendra “Beautiful house, well maintained, nicely decorated, all facilities were good.”
Stay was really comfortable. Good location as well. Only negative was there was no toiletries like body wash etc provided. We had to get the same from the nearby countdown. Overall a lovely stay.

Maybe more fans as appreciate its a big space to cool. For Bachcare. We enquired about deferring our stay to 13 - 23 Jan ( the website showed the place was available) before our arrival and would have paid more for this ie a win for the owners. This was due to family members coming down with COVID. Bachcare advised this could not happen. We ended up with four family members with COVID while we stayed which ruined the holiday.. Wont be using Bachcare again while COVID is still in play.

Advice as what day rubbish day was would have been helpful. Nice property but was very hot upstairs for the first day as had been shut up and only air con downstairs
