Love the location. Very close to the beach and walkways. Great that the property is pet friendly. Could you please extend the fencing around the back of the property behind the sheds - there is a dog sized gap there that allows access to the drain behind the section. I would definitely stay again. Thank you

It has a huge front section and is dog friendly, although only partially fenced it was still adequate and private. Heat pump made it comfortable and there is wifi. This bach has no washing machine so not as convenient for longer stays. The bedroom blinds are white so light shone through and made it difficult to sleep.

The lockbox code was wrong when we got there. We had to call Bachcare multiple times before they answered and told us to try another code. We paid for them to supply towels. They supplied two instead of three. The unit was cold. There was no way to heat it up, or at least there were no instructions. Kitchen items were sticky. Don't use this site, it's the worst managed business.

Really enjoyed the new amenities, colour and fresh feel of it. :) Initially unable to enter property due to inaccurate code given by Bachcare. Some maintenance needed with front, back (unable to exit) and bunkroom wardrobe doors (unable to access bean bags, etc) / handles and broken vertical blinds by the front, sliding door - left a note of repairs. 2 coffee bags provided but no tea.. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay with easy access to beach, walks, close proximity to shops, etc.

The property
Sitting on a lush section facing the estuary and ocean, Casa de Perro is a bright and funky 2-bedroom holiday home with WiFi in sunny Whitianga! This small and cosy bach has been beautifully refurbished with modern amenities and pops of colour. Relax on the beanbags on the sunny deck or head indoors to curl up in front of a movie on TV. Casa de Perro sleeps up to four guests and is pet-friendly too, so your furry friends can come along for the family holiday. The large fully-fenced flat lawn offers plenty of room to park the boat and still leave space for a backyard cricket pitch.
