Renelle “Awful experience with terrible administration.”
Access codes were not given until the day of the stay, I had to call four times for access codes and was given different numbers, promised call backs that didn't happen. We ended up waiting outside in the dark and cold with a baby because the access codes would not work. The property manager was rude and to top it off, there was no toilet paper provided. The bathroom was dirty and the duvets on the best are so light we all froze. Awful experience we will never be staying here or use this company again.

Some of the appliances are not functioning e.g. washing machine and radio. Lack of instruction for disposing of the rubbish so it is confusing for guests from the different regions.

No waiting in terms of a response. We booked Thursday for the next day and it was a smooth process. Very grateful we got a nice place so last minute. Great little outdoor area and spacious lounge.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Mercury Bach is a 3 bedroom Whitianga bach. With sleeping for up to 8 guests, a great outdoor set up, and within easy walking distance to local shops and cafe's, this bach is a relaxed Whitianga base for your next break away! This Whitianga bach includes open plan living that leads onto generous decking. The large deck is sheltered and spacious, offering an ideal space for dining al fresco with your group. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around, plus a fish filleting bench when required. Each of the bedrooms at this Whitianga accommodation is located off the living area. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 single bunk sets, and bedroom 3 is fitted with a double bed. There is 1 bathroom inside, plus an additional shower and toilet situated in the garage. This cosy and laid back bach has all the basics for a fuss free Whitianga holiday... Mercury Bach welcomes you!
There are 2 kayaks available but guests must bring their own life-jackets.
