This is how we like it. Please just leave it how it is and we will rent it every year. We love this old Batch. Feels like it should. Its location is absolutely fantastic. I have been part of Kinloch since I was born 1960. :-)

The house had everything we needed. Great pressure in the shower, a big fridge/frezzer, washing machine, bbq and great deck. We will defintely stay again.

We had the fire going the whole stay and was cozy and warm. The kids loved just playing outside under the trees and the location to the lake is awesome. We will be back. Also great managers that were easily contactable.

Super convenient location. Property has everything you need and more. Kids will have a blast too. There are so many games to keep them occupied and interested. Facilities are great too. BBQ, high pressure shower, comfortable beds, fireplace, kitchen has everything you need too and more...highly recommend.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Lake Bach Escape is laid back 2 bedroom Kinloch bach, within moments from the lake edge. Enjoying a peaceful and private setting, this low key lake base is just the place for a classic kiwi getaway! This Kinloch bach includes cosy and compact open plan living, with retro bach interior! The lounge flows easily onto spacious decking for ideal summer stays, where you can chill out and enjoy easy BBQ meals with your group... Bedroom 1 at this Kinloch accommodation has a queen bed with external access only. Bedroom 2 includes a single bunk set plus a single bed, The Kinloch Bach is a simple set up for couples and families. The externally accessed bedroom includes an ensuite toilet, and there is a full bathroom in the main house. A wee cubby house in the garden has a foosball table to keep the team entertained, or head to the lake and marina within a simple stroll from your door. Plus, you are less than a 20-minute drive into Taupo town centre for day trips. Your Lake Bach Escape awaits!

Just a few minutes drive from Taupo Central, Acacia Bay is a great place for a holiday filled with boating, fishing and hiking. Head into town for some shopping and an array of excellent cafes, or drive to see the famous Huka Falls. Another great thing to do is to simply find a good spot and take in the view of Lake Taupo over a picnic or some fish and chips. All of our Acacia Bay holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.
