    “Great location and beautiful view of the lake but that’s about all this house has going for it.”

    It is a very tired and unkept bach. The toilet seat was broken, the very old kettle stopped working, staples poking through threadbare carpet, rubbish scattered through gardens, many light bulbs not working, clogged shower drain in downstairs shower. Whole house not particularly clean. Very disappointing for the price per night. Wouldn’t book here again for these reasons.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

About the location

Located on the Southern end of Lake Taupo, Omori is a more secluded area around the lake. There's plenty of native bush and bushwalks to do here, as well as water-based activities on the lake such as kayaking, swimming, boating and water skiing. Because the area stretches over a hill, most of the holiday homes have a great view of the lake.
