Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Each of the bedrooms is located downstairs at this Motuoapa accommodation - bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds, while bedroom 3 has a single bed plus a single mattress when required. There is a full bathroom located downstairs, plus an additional toilet upstairs to complete your relaxed holiday set up. Unwind with a view and stay cosy or cool with plenty of space to relax both indoors and out, or head to the lake within minutes from your door... Motuoapa is a lakeshore settlement located on the southern side of Lake Taupo. The area is great for holidays year-round, whether you're after an adventure or a bit of peace and quiet.
