Called bachcare which was hard to get them on the phone, and they couldn't do much apart from apologize.

Very clean and tidy, really enjoyed our stay thanks. Would definitely recommend this home for a get away. Only minor downside was I couldnât get the hob to work, i know some pots and pans donât work with hobs so lucky there was a bbq in the outdoor cupboard. And also maybe a wifi connection would be a bonus sometimes. Otherwise great home.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Amore is a 2 bedroom Omori Holiday Home. With an uninterrupted view of Lake Taupo, this relaxed and homely getaway is a great option for your group. This newly updated 2 bedroom home offers modern open plan living space and comes equipped with all the modern conveniences required to help you enjoy your break away in comfort including a heat pump on hand for toasty winter stays. The living area opens out onto the sundrenched patio; a great area to entertain on during the summer months, as you enjoy BBQ meals outdoors. A well situated property, just moments away from the Omori boat ramp - bring the boat and spend the day on the lake. Or head into Taupo Central, less than an hour's drive and discover all Taupo has to offer. For a day on the slopes, Turoa is an hour and a half away and Whakapapa is less than an hour away! For your next lake escape Amore has you covered!

About the location
Located on the Southern end of Lake Taupo, Pukawa Bay is known for a tranquil native bush setting with walking tracks weaving through it. Water activities are also popular here, including boating, kayaking and fishing. For keen birdwatchers, keep your ears tuned to birdsong from Tuis and Bellbirds.
