Tui “Simple house with whatâs needed for a getaway from city life.”
Needs a decent clean as many spiders/webs throughout the house and would benefit from having windows opened between stays. Beautiful views though which make it special. Would definitely return. Sadly Bachcare let us down this time as we struggled to make contact when issues arose with the house. I called numerous times left messages and awaited a response, still yet to be received. The house alarm must have been glitching and would go off randomly. No one was able to help me disarm this which caused deep stress to my family as we had children sitting outside at midnight due to the noise. Information provided needs to be revisited and processes for contact during holiday periods needs work.

The house is well equipped with all the basic amenities. Firewood was running low however Bachcare support were great when we called them & more wood was delivered. Had such a relaxing stay and will definitely be back. Thanks heaps!

Practical layout and amenities with good parking (we had a boat as well as 2 cars) We enjoyed family dinners on the deck which is sheltered and surrounded by bush attracting Kereru and Tui. We would definitely rent this Bach again, our thanks to the owners and to Bachcare for making it so easy.
