Extra blankets would have been handy. Otherwise a fantastic home and we enjoyed every second of it. Obviously not an issue in summer.

Awesome location. Very spacious. The twin room at the front gets traffic noise from the highway but only bothered one of our girls one night when she was having trouble falling asleep.

Although being on SH1 you hear next to no traffic adding to the ambience of a tranquil spot. Kitchen and Facilities are well appointed with everything that we needed. Only improvements would be having internet and Tv that you could watch when you're not able to go outside, a couple of the single beds could do with an update and some of the doors were hard to open from age etc. Other than that, it was a great spot to relax in Thank you PS: If there is no breeze i suggest taking some bug spray for dining on the deck in the early evening awesome sun sets to be had

Judith “Excellent location & facilities, homely and welcoming however this house seriously needs a good handyman starting with doors, locks, handles & hinges and then followed by a good spring clean.”
The big mouse or small rat ran over the toes retreating under the dishwasher may be notice of new but unwelcome guests that need to be evicted. With all windows not able to be opened, the lack of fresh air or working aircon this place would be unbearable in the warmer months Not being able to access down the drive to the lower level to unpack and pack was very annoying. Blocked by large pot plants. It would be good to take a trailer with water kayaks etc but not if you can't access down. Not happy leaving vehicles out on SH1 all night was a security issue.

Was a good fit for our group and the lake access was fantastic. Would love to see Wifi get put into the property, as we had a couple trying to work while they were there. Only negative was that there was only one rubbish bag sticker for a house that had 10 people over a 4 days stay.

It was dirty, musty and the area where the bulk of the bedrooms are was poorly ventilated. There were no umbrellas or shade sails etc. to enjoy the outdoor areas. We were greeted by a grumpy neighbor who asked us to make sure the kids didn't move the sand from the beach. (Our kids hadn't even touched it yet). For the price you are asking and the photos you have put up it is not value for money and the photos are not a true representation of the property. We have sent multiple emails regarding our complaints and have not received any response. We also made over 20 phone calls to your offices and no response.

Great furnishings and room amenities. Remember to close doors/windows and turn the outdoor lights off in the evening as the mosquito bugs do go a bit wild when the sun has gone down! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

There were insects on the windowsills and a cockroach in the bathroom sink. One of the doors wasnât really accessible as there was an overgrown vine on it. Dishes in the cupboard were not cleaned properly and the ensuite shower was clogged as well as the sink having a green ring around the drain. There were lots of broken things around the house I.e vents not opening (thereâs only windows in the kitchen) the garage door had to be held open as youâre driving in, there is a hole in the backyard filled with stinky water as well as door handles being broken and the bbq not cleaned. Overall it ended up being comfortable once we settled in and cleaned. Nice big house. Lovely bathrooms. Sheets, duvet and pillows were great quality. The property manager was nice and very responsive as we locked ourselves out and she was there within 2 minutes. Lots of space and a beautiful property.
