Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Enjoying a tranquil location just 13 minutes from the centre of Blenheim, Marlborough Magic is a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom Rapaura holiday home with an additional studio and Wi-Fi. Located on a working vineyard, this spacious and modern house is an ideal option for your Marlborough retreat! This Rapaura holiday home includes comfortably appointed open plan living, including 2 living rooms to ensure ample space for your group to relax - the wood-burning fireplace is the perfect addition to any winter stays, while the generous grounds and sheltered porch are on hand for easy al fresco summers. Unwind and admire the peaceful vineyard scenes! Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 each have a queen bed in the main house at this Rapaura accommodation, while bedroom 4 has a single bunk set. There are 2 full bathrooms, easily catering to families and couples. In the studio you'll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and bathroom to cater for those larger groups. Relax and admire the serene outlook as you share a meal with your group, or find your favourite sunny spot to enjoy a good book. Netflix keeps things easy on lazy evenings indoors, while the Nespresso machine will keep the coffee lovers happy. A short drive will take you into Blenheim with a selection of wineries to explore, along with plenty of amenities and dining options. Plus, you are just 8 minutes away from Blenheim Airport. Please be mindful, this is a working vineyard and there will be vineyard machinery and contractors working in the vineyard from time to time.
The top bunk in bedroom 4 is rated at 85 kilograms maximum so is mainly offered for children. Adults are able to use this but most observe the weight rating.
Please note that the studio is connected to the house and can be accessed internally.

“The property was ideal to host our extended family for gatherings during our family wedding .”
It was a relaxing and spacious venue for us all to meet as several people had travelled a long way to be there. We appreciated the stocked bathrooms and well appointed kitchens. Unfortunately, the kitchen bin had not been emptied , and oven trays had not been washed. I presume this relates to previous guests , but perhaps cleaning staff could check that it had all been done. A very pleasant stay that exceeded expectations.

We were a party of 8 adults and your house was very adequate size wise. We appreciated having a cupboard of spices and dressings available and some coffee pods. Lovely setting. Our only disappointment was we had constant issues with internet/wifi. m It came back on for a few hours but we lost connection and were unable to sit as a group two evenings to watch movies and TVNZ+. There was inadequate instructions to try and reconnect and each time we tried we kept getting “No internet connection”!!

It is within walking distance of the Vines Village and close to several amazing wineries. The house and 2-bedroom attached unit are very spacious and having 3 bathrooms was great. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of fuel for the fire and we lit it one night. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls, glasses etc. There was heaps of parking. We would love to stay again in the future :-)

It was perfect for our group of 5 couples. So spacious and plenty of room to spread out inside or out. Big dining table for us all to sit around. Kitchen had everything we needed and more with added bonus of a Nespresso coffee machine. We used the Weber BBQ as well. Plenty of outside furniture. Bedrooms are beautifully presented and comfortable. 3 bathrooms between us which worked really well. Laundry facilities if you need. Beautiful grounds amongst the vineyards and so close to all the wineries and bike hire! We were amazed at what we had on our doorstep. We would definitely stay here again as it was absolutely perfect. Thank you.

The modern spaceous 6 bedroom home is perfect for large families or groups, with great entertaining indoor and outdoor flow. You could not ask for more.

Well appointed and good location comparatively close to vineyards; we could walk/bike to tastings and Renwick supermarket. The place was very hot; there was no air condition, no fans and no fly screens. We could not even keep the doors and windows open without insects invading. Ants made their way into a bedroom and were a nuisance. Plenty of fly spray was provided, so they could be dealt with in the short term. Some slow acting poison would provide a longer term solution. The BBQ was caked in fat and soot and had not been cleaned. A spare gas bottle was provided though. The curtains are not block-out curtains, so you wake with the sun and the birdsong. A bottle of wine from the vineyard was provided as welcome - it is very good wine, thoroughly enjoyable.

We had the pleasure of staying for a long weekend and this property exceeded our expectations. Situated amongst the picturesque Marlborough vineyard, it is a relaxing, beautiful, private setting in the perfect location for exploring the nearby vineyards. The property is the perfect size for groups or families with generous sized rooms and living areas. The house had everything that we could possibly need, was very clean and the manager was so welcoming and accommodating, even leaving a bottle of the owners wine for us upon arrival! Such a lovely touch and was very appreciated! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Marlborough area!

Plenty of room (we also rented the studio apartment) for two families. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The house is 10-15 min from Blenheim, so you need your own transportation. There are wineries/tasting rooms and a cafe within walking distance. The local Bachcare manager was very helpful (put away groceries we had delivered to the house, addressed an electrical problem, assisted with our late arrival due to a flight delay). We stayed during the Christmas break. No activity in the adjacent vineyard, so very quiet and peaceful. Price was very reasonable for 8 people. Would stay there again and would recommend.
