Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

Summer Retreat is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom Blenheim holiday home in Springlands with an ideal set up for a relaxed escape. Enjoying a central location, this holiday home offers ample room to unwind plus a swimming pool, spa pool and Wi-Fi! This 2 storey Blenheim holiday home includes spacious, open plan living downstairs. There is plenty of room for your group to relax indoors with 2 living areas on hand, including a fireplace for cosy winter stays. For ideal summer living, relax poolside in the peaceful fully security fenced garden... the pool house is available with changing facilities, a toilet, and an outdoor shower. The Master bedroom at this Blenheim accommodation is located upstairs and is fitted with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and has a private balcony with views to the pool and garden. Downstairs, bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have a queen bed, while the study includes a single bed. When you are not enjoying time out, this holiday home is in a great location just minutes from the CBD, airport, sports grounds, and shops! Everything you need for a fantastic break away in Blenheim awaits... welcome to your Summer Retreat!

The pool area is fenced and it is the guests responsibility to keep pool gates closed.

The pool heater and pool cover are not available for guest use due to past damages and costly repairs.

The pool is available for use from Nov 1 till the end of Easter.

It is a condition of hire that the Bachcare linen service is used.

All bookings require 48 hours notice.

About the location

As the biggest town in the Marlborough region, food and wine lovers must add Blenheim to their to-do list.
