Beach and playground just across the road.Good fishing spots like1minute walk from the house.Caught good size black snappers.Very good fish and chips inside the convenient store walking distance.Community library, playground and basketball hoop also walking distance.We love the fire only problem is you take your own firewood work ok if you have a big car.TV not working that weekend so we didn’t get to watch the game a bit disappointed.Thank you for having us.

We enjoyed the fireplace and were thrilled that we could take our dog on holiday with us. We’d love to come back in the summertime.

It was a lovely location to walk the dogs in the area. I am keen to book again when it is not raining and we can make use of the kayaks on the water. As it was raining so much we did our best to keep the dogs clean and dry before coming back into the house, with towels on the floors at entrance ways. The house was tidy, but could have been cleaner. Dusty on surfaces, spiders in bowls and on plates, grease in oven trays. We washed everything before using for our use. The septic tank was sounding alarm but with the help of the neighbour we managed to stop the alarm. The house was welcoming when I arrived, the door was ajar, lights on. I was happy with the spaciousness of the house and the deck. It housed us comfortably, and the fireplace and oil heaters kept us warm.

There was plenty of space inside and outside and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. The house was great and all kitchen utensils and equipment were well stocked with everything needed for cooking all our meals. We probably needed more freezer or fridge space for our food, but we managed. We were excited to use the kayaks, but unfortunately, both kayaks had some damage and so we couldn't use them. It would have been perfect to have been able to use it while there. Our family and kids still had plenty of activities to do and was great to just be able to cross the road to go swimming, walk on the beach, watch the water etc. Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay for a nice getaway for our family. We would definitely recommend and even use it again.

Great for our family, the fireplace was perfect in the evening. Place is showing its age, especially kitchen and bathroom, but functional.

The profile was perfect. It was exactly what we wanted for our vacation. We will definitely return. By mistake I packed a cake tin thinking it belonged to my sister so I will return this and my sister also left a hot water bottle and nostalgic cover with screenprinted ARC Angel on it so if this is found could you please put it aside and I will pick it up when I deliver the cake tin. Huge apologies about that. Thanks for the great place.

It was unfortunately very tired with damage to walls, many spiders, cobwebs, dust/dirt and previous guests belongings left behind as well as items missing (iron/ironing board) or not working (lights). This property has the potential to be fantastic with a lot of TLC.

I think though that it’s worth noting that the property is unfenced and open to the estuary. I brought along a long rope to tie between two points to give the dogs a bit of freedom while not allowing them to abscond. The outlook is magical and with a fire at night we had a really enjoyable winter break.

Find your favourite perch and admire the vista over your morning coffee, or dine al fresco with you group as you drink in the views! While 3 roomy bedrooms will easily see you right, you'll love the addition of the rumpus room, which provides an awesome space for the kids or teenagers to hang out, or simply make the most of the extra living space including a basic kitchentte area and extra fridge space for all the holiday supplies. The waters edge is an easy 10 steps from the deck - perfect for families and friends to spend days on the water! At the sea wall in front of the house the water is up to 1 metre deep at high tide, and at the small beach by the boat ramp shelves away to 2 metres - ideal for launching smaller boats, sailing craft, paddle boards etc and the kids are free to swim much of the day. For taking the kids bait fishing, there are a couple of fishing jetties within 100 metres. Omaha boat ramp is a 10 minute drive away, and Sandspit boat ramp a 15 minute drive away. As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
