The property was well maintained and ideal for our needs. There were a few hiccups, which were understandable considering the amount of time the property was under lockdown (Electric water heater not turned on, solid fuel fire full of ashes, Wi-Fi not available for first night, satellite TV didn't work), but nothing that wasn't easily fixed. With regards the hot tub, two tips: 1) ALWAYS put the gas cylinder in a tub of warm water (The bottle cools and eventually frezes as it empties; this reduces the pressure and starves the flames of gas) and 2) open the vent on the chimney to prevent the fire being starved of oxygen.

The house was warm, clean and tidy with plenty of space for all of us. However we ran out of firewood, and the spa pool was dirty and there was no instructions on how to use it. I think the spa pool should be in tip top shape if it’s advertised as the main feature of the house!

Hi Ryan, thanks for your feedback on the house! We have spoken to the holiday managers about ensuring there is always plenty of firewood for guests and also maintaining the spa pool in a great condition. We'll also look into gettoing some instructions for using the spa pool for future guests and hope to welcome you back at one our properties in the future!

Lovely property in a fantastic location. Clean and cosy, beds were extremely comfortable. LOVED the fireplace - kept the whole place cosy and warm, even in the middle of winter. The hot tub was also a treat - water was lovely and hot and a great way to soak our muscles after a day on the ski hill. Bach had everything we needed and hosts were very accommodating - would definitely recommend to others.
