This was a good property but was hard to get warm initially as the fire is not easy to get hot and there are no instructions on how the venting works. It does have a heat pump in the lounge that once it got the place to temperature was able to keep it warm enough. The bedrooms are well set out and the kitchen is really good. Enjoyed the large table, enabling great card games etc! Bathroom was also nice. The lounge was really comfortable. The listing says it has wifi but this never worked and bachcare did not get back to us on this. My laptop says it was out of credit. This becomes an issuer when you are trying to ascertain snow conditions, weather or what to do when there is little snow!

We were more then a little dissapointed. On arrival it was late and cold and we hoped to warm the bedrooms with a heater as travelled with small child. Only one small heater for 3 bedrooms which wasnt adequate. The fire took 3 hours to start warming . Wood was wet and no kindling provided bar small bit on arrival. TV had been tampered with and had to be retuned. it took us two days and a lot of hours to fix. Wrong cords plughed in ect. Wifi never did work. No instructions to work TV or wifi or heat pump. Very basic no frills. One towel and one bath mat for 4 people for three nights was not enough. No soap for washing hands. The worst part though was the lack of service. No one called me back to help us sort anything they just emailed and said it should be there but it was not. No I wont be coming back
