“Big place, alot of space for additional guests to stay.”

Very crappy week with our accounts being hacked and having almost all our available money stolen, would have loved a bit of compassion from the owner to shift the dates to stay but I guess it is operated as a business. Positive Feedback on the stay would be: - Plenty of beds and space - Love we could section off the house for the kids, and is great for them to be in a different room. Constructive Feedback on the stay would be: - We found it was not obvious where fire starting gear is kept - ...

Constructive Feedback on the stay would be: - We found it was not obvious where fire starting gear is kept - No tea towels (Or hard to find where they are located), ended up using a towel - SPA water didn't look like it was balanced, we own a spa and can tell by the green tinge it wasn't suitable to be in, also needed toping up with water as below the jets. I slipped the hose in and did this.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the space worked well for your group and that the layout suited the kids, too. We’re sorry to hear about the tough week you had and understand your disappointment around the booking flexibility. And apologise we were not able to provide the outcome you had hoped for. Thanks also for the helpful notes on the fire-starting gear, tea towels, and spa condition. We’ve passed these on to our Property Management Team to review. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time away and would love to host you again in the future. Bachcare
